How long does it take to get my order?
Orders with land shipping usually take between 2 to 3 business days to be processed and shipped. Orders issued before 9:00 a.m. PST will be sent the same day. Weekends and holidays are excluded from processing and shipping, so please count it on non-working days when choosing your shipping method. You will receive an email with tracking information when your order has been shipped.

How much do they charge for the shipment?
The national shipments are free and without minimum payment of purchase. International shipping costs are calculated at the time of purchase.

Do you offer expedited shipping?
Yes, we offer expedited shipping options to ensure that you receive your SHOES BY FLOR shoes when you need it. All accelerated orders confirmed before 9:00 a.m. PST will be processed the same day awaiting verification of the credit card. Please note the day your order is packed and shipped is not counted as a day in transit.

Orders shipped will arrive within the number of business days designated by your shipping selection. To determine the shipping days, start with the first business day after your order is shipped. Orders placed before 9:00 a.m. PST will be sent the same day. Orders placed after 09 a.m. PST will be processed and sent the next day.

Do you send to an alternative address or a Box post box?
Yes, we send to alternate addresses and post office boxes.

Once I have placed my order, how long does it take to get there?
Fast shipping within 2 to 3 business days, and ground orders arrive in 4-7 business days. You will be sent a tracking number by email once your order has been shipped, allowing you to track your package progress and get a scheduled delivery date. For orders shipped outside the continental United States please allow 10 to 20 business days for delivery.

How can I track my order?
Once your order has been sent, a tracking number will be sent via email. Tracking will be available 24 to 48 hours after your order has shipped out.

Can I speed up my international order?
Unfortunately, we are not in a position to offer expedited shipping for international orders.

How can I follow my package?
International orders are shipped via UPS and USPS and will be delivered at the responsibility of your national postal operator. When your order is shipped from our warehouse, you will be provided with a tracking number within your confirmation email. You can copy and paste the tracking number on the ups.com or usps.com website to find any tracking information available for your package.

For international orders will there be duties and taxes on my additional order once it is delivered?
Yes. Unfortunately, we are not in control of the duties and taxes you impose on your order. Duties and taxes are likely to be paid on the items you request. If the duties and taxes are placed in your package by the customs officers, the fees will be your responsibility.

What happens if I refuse the package?
If the package can not be delivered or is not claimed or rejected, you are responsible for the following: Original and shipping costs Duties, taxes and / or customs charges that are incurred in the package, both for the original shipments and for return.
For packages that are refused, unclaimed or can not be delivered a 20% restocking fee will be charged to you or deducted from your refund. You are responsible for the following: Original and return shipping costs.
